We accept credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover) Cash and personal checks are accepted, but there is a fee for any returned checks. Copayments are due at time of service.

Inclement Weather Policy: The office is closed during inclement weather, and follows its own closure policy. We do not want you to drive in treacherous conditions.
